Dr. Keneth Hall, MD, FACS is a board-certified surgeon and fellow of the American College of
Surgeons. He currently serves as Medical Director of the Hernia, Weight Loss, and Wound Centers
at Rome Health in Rome, NY, where he has played a pivotal role in advancing minimally invasive
surgical techniques across the region. Dr. Hall earned his medical degree from Howard University
College of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at Stony Brook University
Hospital. He went on to complete a fellowship in minimally invasive, robotic, and bariatric surgery at
NYU Long Island, where he also led several clinical and academic initiatives including bariatric
quality improvement and surgical simulations.
Widely recognized as a distinguished educator and motivational speaker, Dr. Hall has spoken at
national and international medical symposia, commencements, and conferences. His contributions
to surgery, medicine, and the community have earned him numerous honors, including the NY
Times Rising Star Award, MD News Magazine features, Top Doctor Awards, and the Network
Journal’s 40 Under 40 Achievement Award. He was also honored with the Distinguished Alumnus
Award from York College, CUNY, and featured in Marquis Who’s Who Millennium Magazine.
At Escape Medical PC, Dr. Hall works closely with his team of physicians, nurse practitioners,
physician assistants, nurses, and staff to deliver top-tier medical spa services in upstate New York.
He performs a wide range of procedures including injectables such as Botox and fillers, hair
